First up, meet Kalsie Briggs, an administrative production scheduler at the International Falls mill who has worked at Boise Paper for 12 years!
- What are some of your responsibilities at Boise Paper?
I am primarily responsible for the scheduling of employees in the City-side of the mill (the section of the mill that houses the paper machines and the finishing and shipping departments).
- What’s your favorite thing about the team that you work with?
I work with a great group of people. They are easy to get along with and everyone is always looking to help one another.
- Boise Paper is known for having “Quality You Can Trust.” What does this mean to you?
Knowing that we are putting out a great product for our customers and that they are getting what they asked for. We are always taking pride in our quality.
- What is a must-visit spot in International Falls?
Border Bar Pizza and Rainy Lake!
- What do you like to do outside of work?
I love spending time at the shack with family, hunting and four-wheeling. I also enjoy spending time on Rainy Lake on my family houseboat, fishing and snowmobiling.
Thanks to Kalsie for sharing her Boise Paper and International Falls pride!
